Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our B2B and enterprise sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fintech industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Nurture key stakeholder relationships, building trust and credibility to drive long-term business value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B and enterprise sales within fintech/payment, gift voucher, loyalty, retail, e-commerce, etc.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong emphasis on account management and relationship-building.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes, including negotiation tactics and conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
