Job Title: Vice President of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished finance professional to join our organization as Vice President of Finance. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned executive to take on a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy and contributing to our growth.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing financial operations, with a strong background in strategic planning, financial analysis, and leadership. They will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and providing guidance to our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a strong governance framework.
Requirements:
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Additional qualifications such as CPA, MBA (Finance), or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) will be considered an advantage.
