Senior Relationship Manager/Assistant Vice President

This role involves collaborating with clients to design and implement organizational health risk management and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the General insurance industry, with 5+ years of proven working experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and planning every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
  • Supervising the launch of health risk management programs.
  • Managing multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements.
  • Developing a trusted and strong consultant relationship with client contacts through timely advice and efficient execution of projects.

This role also involves working with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients and supporting overall client relationship building and management.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • An MBA from a reputable B-School.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Willingness to adapt to dynamic priorities and work independently when needed.
