Job Overview

The Vice President Finance plays a pivotal role in driving the company's financial strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

This leadership position oversees the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's overall objectives.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3-5 years in fintech or payments companies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Develop, oversee, and continuously improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes aligned with crypto asset flows.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on AML, KYC, tax, and regulatory filings.
  • Design and implement crypto-specific financial reporting models.
  • Lead treasury operations, including liquidity management, crypto wallet oversight, exchange accounts, and banking relationships.
  • Oversee payroll, vendor payments, revenue recognition, and financial operations.

Requirements include a fair understanding of crypto markets, blockchain transactions, digital asset accounting, and custody mechanisms. Profound knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and treasury operations within a dynamic environment is also necessary.
