Job Summary:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at the facility.
- Responsibilities include receiving calls, transferring them to the concerned person/department as needed, and maintaining accurate call logs.
- Manage internal and external calls, provide timely updates to stakeholders, perform various administrative tasks such as canteen management, housekeeping, security, and inventory maintenance.
- Prepare and update data related to HR/administrative functions including overtime records and canteen details.
- Assist with other HR and administrative tasks as required.
- Scanning, printing, and filing documents in a secure and organized manner.
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and activities for guests and visitors.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Provide excellent guest management services including welcoming visitors, arranging refreshments, and ensuring comfortable settings.
- Implement effective visitor management systems.
- Oversee pantry management, including stock maintenance and crockery inventory.
- Manage office boy duties during guest visits and maintain daily records.
- Verify and settle tea invoices monthly.
- Efficiently manage courier services including entry registration, distribution, and invoice verification.
- Respond promptly to courier-related issues and provide necessary details.
- Maintain library records, issue books, send reminders, and encourage employees to read.
