Job Description

Our team is looking for a highly skilled professional to handle design and assembly tasks using CAD tools. This role involves understanding manufacturing processes, coordinating with suppliers, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, an associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and assembling products using CAD tools, including UG NX, Creo, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
  2. Understanding manufacturing processes and coordinating with suppliers during the release process of components and compilation of construction documents.
  3. Managing change requests from parent organizations, adapting them to our system and processes, and communicating with all stakeholders.
  4. Handling internal and external ISO audits, including documentation and process management.
  5. Conducting FMEA analysis for applicable products.
  6. Performing product type testing for specific customer requirements.
  7. Loading and designing orders for production, releasing production BOMs.
  8. Organizing, leading, and executing improvement projects and activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work as a great teammate, flexible in approach, agile, resilient, and sincere.
