Job Title: Land Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Land Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition and management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor land acquisition across multiple regional sites
  • Analyze and resolve land issues at multiple sites, including litigation and title disputes
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of land acquisition progress and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including land aggregators, regional land teams, and business development teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in land acquisition and management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with revenue documentation and government regulations
  • Knowledge of land laws and acquisition processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
