About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Planning & Activation Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing annual customer marketing & activation plans that drive engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute compelling customer engagement strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with key airport retail and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead customer immersion programs, trade shows, and activations.
  • Collaborate with agencies to deliver launches and global customer activities.
  • Oversee and optimize promoter/brand ambassador performance.
  • Audit retail outlets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and customer agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for additional promotions and visibility within outlets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or activation within FMCG, ideally in travel retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • Passion for delivering world-class consumer experiences.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent project management skills.
