About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions, maintaining a strong understanding of financial reporting requirements.
  • Assist in preparing budget forecasts and variance analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
  • Provide expertise on financial planning, analysis, and decision-making, supporting business growth and development.
  • Coordinate with consultants on international compliance, tax assessments, and treasury activities, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.

Role Requirements:

  • CA-Inter or MBA Finance degree
  • 2–4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A (E-commerce/Retail/Consumer Goods preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel
  • Good understanding of international transactions, forex, and compliance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment
