About the Role:

As a Business Development Associate at a leading real estate company, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with potential clients and supporting the sales process through consistent follow-ups. Your primary role will be to understand client requirements, communicate project details effectively, and build lasting relationships that lead to conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, and English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
