Executive in Charge of Home Painting Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the operational management of home painting services for specific regions. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in painting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the home painting services.
    • Develop, document, and implement SOPs for painting projects.
    • Monitor project timelines, pricing, and quality standards to ensure services are delivered to clients' satisfaction.
  • Business Development & Strategy:
    • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the home painting services market.
    • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to the home painting services segment.
    • Closely monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve it.
  • Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:
    • Implement a quality control process to monitor the quality of painting services provided.
    • Resolve any customer complaints or issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee budgeting and cost control for the department, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
