Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support Engineer. This role will involve providing technical support and assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting skills required.
  • Create MACDs in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Understand VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Be aware of ITIL process and Cisco Voice network deployment models.
  • Knowledge of VOIP and Performance Management Tools is necessary.
  • Integrate with other tools and have experience with Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.

Requirements:

  • Work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Coordinate with Third Party Providers to resolve telecommunications issues.
  • Provide team support and process improvements.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation.
  • Implement process improvements and provide excellent communication and conversation skills.
