Business Insights Specialist

A highly skilled Business Insights Specialist is required to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

This role requires:

  • Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using reporting tools and metrics such as KPIs, ROI, and customer acquisition rates.
  • Analyzing customer lifecycle activities, including retention, engagement, and revenue growth for postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform campaign strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably in customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with Arabic language is a plus.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and knowledge of customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
