We seek a Data Strategist who bridges the gap between technical analytics and business decision-making in Retail.

The ideal candidate excels at interpreting data warehouse outputs, translating findings into actionable strategies, and empowering teams to make confident data-driven decisions.

  • Analyzing complex datasets from data warehouses to identify business-critical patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Transforming raw analytics outputs into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, sales performance, inventory optimization, and market trends.
  • Developing data-driven hypotheses and validating them through comprehensive analytical investigations.
  • Creating executive-level insights summaries that translate technical findings into business language.
  • Identifying correlations and causations in data that inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting in Retail.
  • Proven track record of translating data insights into successful business strategies.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in strategic decision-making processes.
