Job Title:

Senior Data Scientist – A Key Role in Driving Business Impact

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to play a key role in driving business impact through the development and implementation of advanced data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product teams.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical issues and technologies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop innovative solutions from inception to deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research trends in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and NLP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building complete ML products, from problem analysis and data selection to production deployment and monitoring.
  • Theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in deep learning/computer vision/NLP.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate algorithms.
  • Experience working with text-only and multimodal SLMS, including fine-tuning and building robust eval pipelines specific to use cases.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Strong programming skills, especially relevant to building robust ML models.
  • Domain experience in Fintech is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience publishing in top-tier conferences and journals will be considered a plus.
