Job Description

This role entails overseeing academic operations, ensuring they run smoothly. The individual in this position will be the primary support mechanism for school teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide academic support and analysis to identify development areas in academic processes and overall school development.
  2. Conduct quarterly visits to evaluate quality, identify gaps, and develop remedial action plans.
  3. Support schools in optimizing day-to-day academic operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with academic goals.
  4. Ensure timely implementation of lessons, assessments, and other academic activities.
  5. Facilitate communication between school management and headquarters, ensuring alignment on academic objectives, priorities, and progress.
  6. Plan and coordinate training sessions for teachers, onboard new staff, and provide continuous support and development.
  7. Track academic implementation and maintain documentation of academic activities and outcomes at each school.
  8. Promote CBSE affiliation work, direct marketing efforts, and collaborate with dispatch and SCM teams to meet school requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in academic support, school operations, or related roles.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience with CBSE affiliation or working in CBSE-affiliated schools.
  • Familiarity with educational tools used for teaching and learning.
