Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Academic Excellence: Support schools in the region to achieve academic excellence by identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Enhance Academic Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance academic delivery.
  • Conduct Quarterly Visits: Regularly visit schools to evaluate quality, identify academic gaps, and develop action plans to address them.
  • Timely Implementation of Lessons: Ensure that all academic deliveries align with the academic calendar to guarantee timely implementation of lessons, assessments, and other academic activities.
  • Effective Communication: Act as a bridge between school management and HQ to ensure alignment on academic objectives, priorities, and progress.
