  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across Nursing, Billing, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Pharmacy, and Support Services.
  • Maintain high-quality patient care, safety protocols, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and performance evaluation to foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain hospital SOPs, checklists, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Closely coordinate admissions, discharges, billing, and patient service delivery.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory, and biomedical waste disposal to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews to promote growth and accountability.
  • Submit weekly reports to senior leadership on key performance indicators.
