Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospital Administrator/Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, patient services, and hospital systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with hands-on experience in hospital management, strong people skills, and a willingness to grow with the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Nursing, Billing, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Pharmacy, and Support Services.

• Monitor patient care quality, safety protocols, and complaint resolution.

• Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and performance evaluation.

• Implement and maintain hospital SOPs, checklists, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, billing, and patient service delivery.

• Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory, and biomedical waste disposal.

• Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.

• Submit weekly reports to hospital director on admissions, discharges, complaints, finances, and operations.

• Identify gaps in workflow and suggest practical improvements.

• Foster a positive hospital culture focused on patient satisfaction and staff accountability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years' experience in hospital administration (30–100 bed hospital experience preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Knowledge of hospital operations, billing systems, and NABH/basic healthcare quality protocols.

• Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively.

• Open to learning, adapting, and implementing new systems.
