Operational Manager

Our goal is to identify a seasoned operational manager who can efficiently oversee daily hospital operations, supervise staff, and improve patient care quality.

We are seeking an experienced leader with hands-on experience in hospital management, strong communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions that enhance our hospital's performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across various departments, including nursing, billing, front desk, housekeeping, pharmacy, and support services.

Key responsibilities include monitoring patient care quality, supervising staff attendance and performance, implementing and maintaining hospital SOPs, and coordinating admissions, discharges, and billing.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for overseeing procurement, vendor management, inventory, and biomedical waste disposal, as well as conducting regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, as well as knowledge of hospital operations, billing systems, and NABH/basic healthcare quality protocols.

As a dedicated team member, you will contribute to creating a positive hospital culture focused on patient satisfaction and staff accountability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hospital administration (30–100 bed hospital experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Knowledge of hospital operations, billing systems, and NABH/basic healthcare quality protocols
  • Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively
  • Open to learning, adapting, and implementing new systems
