Computer Operator
to support and streamline our factory operations. The role involves data management, documentation, and coordination with production and accounts teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily production and dispatch reports.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
  • Record and track inventory of aluminium/uPVC profiles, glass, and hardware.
  • Assist in production planning through preparation of cutting lists and job orders.
  • Operate ERP/Excel-based systems and ensure timely reporting to management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with Tally/Busy/Odoo/ERP is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage factory records and generate reports independently.
  • Basic understanding of accounting, inventory, and taxation (GST/TDS) preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
