The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting. They will also possess strong communication skills, customer focus, and documentation abilities. A degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues with GTD-5 switches, ensuring timely resolution and accurate ticket updates.
  • Deliver top-tier telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution.
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems efficiently.
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement procedures.
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers to ensure knowledge sharing and growth.
