Cellular Network Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cellular Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing cutting-edge wireless solutions.
Main Responsibilities:Design and Development: Conduct comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Coverage Planning: Define wireless coverage requirements and select radio solutions based on project needs, taking into account factors such as terrain, obstacles, and signal strength.
RAN Optimization: Provide network interference analysis and mitigation support, dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation to ensure optimal network performance.
Customer Support: Assist customers in procuring Private 5G spectrum, understanding their location-wise requirements, and providing guidance on network implementation and optimization.
Project Management: Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM)/Bill of Quantities (BoQ) according to project requirements and help customers raise Purchase Orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Tender Response:
Develop technical proposal responses for tenders/RFPs involving Private Mobile Networks, showcasing expertise in cellular network design, deployment, and optimization.
