Role Overview

We seek a skilled professional who combines technical knowledge with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will:

  • Build and deploy custom tokens and smart contracts.
  • Introduce blockchain practices into our organization and document workflows for scalability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and guide us with the latest Web3 updates.
  • Collaborate across teams to explore blockchain-based use cases aligned with business needs.
  • Lay the foundation for a blockchain-focused team, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the division grows.
Requirements

You must possess:

  • Knowledge of blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon etc.).
  • Experience (academic or projects) in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to drive initiatives.
