Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer to join our team. You will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems while integrating AI-driven automation solutions into core business workflows. This role involves hands-on coding, problem-solving, and close collaboration with engineers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Development: Build and maintain Python-based automation services and back-end systems.
  • AI/ML Integration: Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Platform Connectivity: Work with APIs, databases, and messaging systems to connect platforms.
  • Software Engineering: Apply OOP and software engineering best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Documentation: Document systems and ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready.

Requirements

  • Strong Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and OOP principles.
  • Back-End Experience: Solid back-end development experience (APIs, microservices, databases).
  • AI/Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/automation frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Airflow, Celery).
  • Database Expertise: Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
