We are seeking a seasoned automation professional to drive digital transformation in software testing and test automation.
Job DescriptionA global leader in data solutions is looking for an experienced QA Testing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.
You will have hands-on experience with functional testing of applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials. Additionally, you will analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes, driving automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.
In this role, you will collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that include automated testing. You will also mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements.
- Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs.
- Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
