We are seeking an experienced and skilled Frontend Developer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a highly demanding position requiring a candidate with in-depth knowledge of modern front-end development techniques, including React.js, CSS, and HTML.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in building reusable, scalable, and maintainable components, as well as experience with state management using Redux or React Context API.

Additionally, they should be proficient in integrating third-party libraries and services into mobile and web applications, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimisation.

  • Developing Portal: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to create functional software applications based on requirements.
  • Fixing Bugs: Troubleshooting and resolving issues or bugs in the portal to ensure smooth operation.
  • Code Reviews: Participating in or conducting peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
  • Implementing advanced technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience in coding, debugging, and feature development using modern programming languages and frameworks.

  • Front-End Technologies: Strong proficiency in React.js, including React Hooks, Redux, React Router, and React Query.
  • Mobile Development: Proficiency in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  • CSS/Styling: Experience with modern CSS (Flexbox, CSS Grid), CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components or Emotion, and responsive design practices.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Expertise in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as JUnit, Jest, Mocha, Chai, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Test-driven development (TDD) practices for ensuring application reliability and robustness.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Proficient in Git for version control (branching, pull requests, merging).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Security: Familiarity with application security best practices, including secure coding, JWT, OAuth, HTTPS, and data protection protocols.
Bonus Skills

Prior experience with Next.js, GraphQL, micro-frontends, isomorphic React, or server-side rendering (SSR) would be advantageous but not essential.
