Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to fill the position of Payment and Billing Associate.

This role involves verifying, recording, and updating customer invoice payments, tracking transactions across various platforms, and ensuring accurate financial records.

  • Verify, Record, and Update Customer Invoice Payments: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments, including verification of payment amounts and dates.
  • Track Transactions Across Various Platforms: Monitor and record transactions across Stripe, Paddle, and cryptocurrency platforms, ensuring seamless payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Manage Disputes, Chargebacks, and Fraud Cases: Identify and resolve disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing financial losses.
  • Validate Cryptocurrency Payments: Utilize Ledger and blockchain tools to validate cryptocurrency payments, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as needed.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payment processing.
  • Basic Understanding of Payment Systems: Have a basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrency, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and professionalism.
  • Technical Background: Technical background or familiarity with digital platforms is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • SaaS Experience: Experience working with SaaS, fintech, or digital products is a plus.
  • Anti-Fraud Knowledge: Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management is desirable.
  • Remote Work Experience: Prior remote work experience is highly valued.
