Role Description:
As an Outbound Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients through various outreach marketing methods. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive lead generation and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create B2B email, cold calling, and LinkedIn campaigns to reach out to prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create compelling outreach campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance metrics.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Direct the outbound team to exceed joint marketing lead generation targets through the effective execution of our proven strategy.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to support their growth and success.
- Foster a collaborative lead generation environment that promotes team growth and individual achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a supervisory or management role in outbound marketing is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with email marketing and data research tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Excellent team and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience Required: 5+ Years.
