The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding each client's unique hair loss situation and guiding them toward a suitable solution. This position involves building relationships, conducting in-home visits as needed, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming customer leads by conducting initial consultations to assess their hair loss concerns and needs.
- Provide expert guidance on our range of hair systems, explaining the benefits and features of each option.
- Conduct in-home visits to showcase product samples and provide personalized consultations in a comfortable setting.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively matching clients with the right products and services.
- Proven 2-3 years experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a beauty, hair, or wellness-related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a salon or with hair care products is highly preferred.
