Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our presence by building relationships with medical practitioners and directly engaging with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the beauty or hair industry, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, visiting their clinics to introduce Reeora&aposs products and services.
- Conduct in-person consultations with customers at their homes to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Reeora&aposs offerings to both medical professionals and end-users.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation and closing sales with customers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders and customer information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Represent Reeora Hair Artists at industry events and trade shows as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
- Previous experience in the beauty, hair, or medical aesthetic industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule of clinic and home visits.
- A valid driver&aposs license.
