Job Title:

Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving IT services sales in India and at least one international market (US or EMEA).

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients in India and either US or EMEA markets.
    • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
    • Build and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Client & Account Management:
    • Nurture relationships with CXOs, founders, decision-makers, and IT leadership.
    • Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling services.
    • Act as the client partner, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaboration & Market Intelligence:
    • Work with presales and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for client needs.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business dynamics.
    • Provide regular pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and account status updates to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-10 years of proven IT services sales experience in India plus at least one global region (US or EMEA).
  • Strong understanding of services like Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong professional network with decision-makers in India and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
