Chief Revenue Officer

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and build a high-performing sales team.

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
    • Lead the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
    • Drive new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.

Client Acquisition & Management:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard enterprise clients across industries.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers and ensure repeat business.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and close deals.

Team Building & Management:

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a sales team of senior managers and executives.
  • Drive performance culture with clear KPIs, regular reviews, and coaching.
  • Align team incentives with company growth goals.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Partner with leadership to design sales playbooks, pricing models, and market-entry strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, HR forums, and client meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10-15 years of B2B sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
  • Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong CXO/HR Head network across industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
