Business Intelligence Professional

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Professional, you will play a key role in empowering leaders across Life Sciences industries to make better data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and managing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools like Tableau. You will analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks. Your insights will inform strategic decision-making on marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Develop and manage complex data sets from internal and external sources including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
    • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making on marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Data Management
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
    • Support implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence
    • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
    • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Train team members and stakeholders on use of BI tools and data interpretation.
