Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Job Description:

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You will be responsible for capturing, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively. Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau are highly desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business needs. You will also contribute to process improvements and ensure the accuracy of data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining databases to store and analyze large datasets
  • Designing and implementing data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • Relevant work experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
