Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can distill complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to provide valuable business insights.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives.
  • Identify trends and patterns in leadership participation, content engagement, and market trends to inform our strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and consistent data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and storytelling.
  • Experiment with predictive models to forecast leader turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.

Requirements:

  1. 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses.
  2. Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio.
  3. Strong ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Hands-on experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets.
  5. Curiosity to explore new data models and frameworks to improve our operations.
  6. Bonus: Knowledge of analytics, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, or event-tech platforms.
