Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a healthy and competitive atmosphere within the team, assisting the Manager in delivering key performance indicators, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in bioprocess operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Bioprocess Operations: The incumbent will have knowledge and experience in bio process operations (both microbial & mammalian) and will be well-versed in Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) of fermentation processes.">
  • Team Management: The engineer will assist the Manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, providing objective feedback on slippages and errors, and promoting excellence and surpassing benchmarks set.">
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience, is required for this role.">
  • Skills and Qualifications: Thorough understanding of Chemical Engineering principles, including heat-&-mass balance, pump hydraulics, line sizing, and control valve sizing and selection; conversance in Principles-&-Design of Cleaning in Place (CIP); proficiency in preparing Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) in AUTO-CAD/ Plant3D; and knowledge of bought-out components of Biopharma operations.">
  • Accountability: The incumbent will be accountable for delivering high-quality results, meeting key performance indicators, and contributing to the growth and success of DD Enterprises.">
  • Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.">
