About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that drive website traffic and conversions.

  • Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising and implement new features and best practices.
  • Create and manage ad budgets, ensuring they are being used effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies.
  • Present reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal stakeholders.

As a successful candidate, you'll have 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and a proven track record of driving conversions & scaling e-com brands. Strong analytical skills and a passion for growth are essential.
