Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Meta Ads professional to take charge of our campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and at least 5 years of experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on product sales and conversions.
  • Create effective ad strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business to reach target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate) and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to design offers, creatives, and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to drive revenue growth.
  • Track pixel events, set up custom conversions, and implement retargeting strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads tools, policies, and e-commerce trends.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management with proven sales results.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling product sales via Meta Ads (e-commerce).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copies and product pitches.
  • Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior and digital funnels.
