As a Supply Chain Specialist II, you will manage and maintain lab facilities across various sites.

The Electronic Test team works on electronic test activities for avionics engineering programs. You will collaborate with teams to update and review electrical and mechanical needs for test setups based on product specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge of lab instruments and tools such as DMMs and analyzers.
  • Strong experience with cable harness fabrication (crimping & soldering) according to standards.
  • Detailed knowledge of power types used across labs (AC & DC).
  • Planning lab layout for test benches and optimizing lab space.
  • Electrical and mechanical planning for labs across sites and supporting deployment of test benches.
  • Cable fabrication, soldering, lab equipment handling, ESD, and understanding of IPC-A-610 certification.
  • Electrical and mechanical integration knowledge.
  • Collaboration with users and product teams to understand overall test solution needs.
  • MAPPING the competitive landscape and benchmarking design and technology trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in lab management with hands-on experience in equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance.
  • Diploma or equivalent degree in Electrical engineering.
  • Hands-on experience dealing with teams across organizations for lab upgrade and maintenance coordination.
  • Knowledge of cable harnesses and connectors (DSUB, Circular).
  • Understanding of lab equipment, functions, and input requirements.
  • Go-getter attitude and ability to navigate complex business scenarios.
