Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to fill the role of Lab Domain Expert. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in building customer confidence in the planning and implementation of our DLX iPaaS platform.

This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in lab informatics systems, and a passion for technology in the pharma/life sciences domain to become a trusted advisor to our customers and delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discovery, planning, and execution of the Scitara DLX iPaaS technology for global pharma and life sciences customers.
  • Drive customer calls, influencing solution design, and delivering value-oriented technical recommendations.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and communicate the product's value proposition clearly.
  • Leverage your knowledge of lab domain and technical expertise to guide the design of scalable, compliant, and robust solutions.
  • Align delivery strategies and technical solutions with our broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Product Managers, Solution Architects, Software Engineers, and Sales to ensure smooth transitions and cohesive customer outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide technical delivery managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Create Statements of Work and Service Estimates for customer project initiatives.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the lab specific Pharma and Life Sciences domain, with working knowledge of regulatory expectations.
  • Thorough understanding of business processes in the pharmaceutical labs including both QC and R&D.
  • Working knowledge and exposure to various LIMS, ELNs, and other Informatics applications used in labs.
  • Well-versed with 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and GAMP5, GxP regulations.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, influencing customer and internal stakeholders through consultative engagement and value-based storytelling.
  • Experience working in or leading Agile teams.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical requirements and collaborate closely with Technical Delivery.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with AI Agentic agents in the Lab domain.
  • Exposure to scripting languages (JavaScript, Python), data platforms (databases or data lakes), and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS).
