Lead PAS Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced implementation specialist to lead the configuration, deployment, and validation of our platform for global pharma and life sciences customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, compliant, and robust solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the platform's value proposition.
  • Leverage domain expertise to guide solution design and delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in implementing enterprise lab informatics systems such as LIMS, ELN, LES etc.

Skills & Competencies
  • Must Have:
    • Strong understanding of the Pharma and Life Sciences domain, with working knowledge of regulatory expectations.
    • Thorough understanding of business processes in pharmaceutical labs such as QC and R&D.
    • Working knowledge and exposure to various LIMS, ELNs, and other Informatics applications used in Pharma labs.
    • Working knowledge and exposure to laboratory instruments and their governing software.
    • Should be well-versed in 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and GAMP5, GxP regulations.
  • Good to Have:
    • Exposure to scripting languages, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
    • Experience working with monitoring tools, deployment frameworks, or infrastructure automation.
