Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Intern to assist with daily laboratory operations and experiments. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a professional lab environment and support the team in maintaining equipment, conducting tests, and documenting results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing lab materials and reagents for experiments.
  • Conduct routine tests and experiments under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab area.
  • Record and analyze experimental data accurately.
  • Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment.
  • Follow lab safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Support senior lab staff with ongoing research and projects.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control of lab supplies.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Commitment to lab safety and quality standards.
