Healthcare Product Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced healthcare product strategist to drive our product vision and roadmap for healthcare-related software solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission to improve health and safety outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to facilitate effective sprint planning and reviews.
  • Engage with customers and end-users to gather feedback and validate product features, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and healthcare workflows.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to drive team collaboration and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards, clinical data validation, and data-driven product development.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in healthcare technology.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
