Founded in 2014 as an extension of Cyzma LLC, our consulting firm in the USA, we specialize in delivering scalable quality solutions primarily to healthcare services organizations such as specialty pharmacies, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM), as well as industries like finance and manufacturing. Our team of experienced IT professionals have real-life on-field experience in navigating the ever-changing landscape within the healthcare industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Business Analyst at Ek Software Pvt. Ltd. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes and requirements, and translating them into effective IT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, including healthcare service organizations, to gather and document business requirements, identify gaps, define processes, and recommend improvements. This role is located in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility for remote work.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • Data Analysis - Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Implementation Support - Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
  • Documentation - Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools. i.e. Figma, MS Visio
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. i.e. Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence
  • Natural curiosity, a love of learning how things work and always on the lookout for innovative improvements 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or greater in Information Technology/computer systems engineering or equivalent experience 
  • 3-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry 
  • Comfortable with rapidly changing priorities, business needs, and conditions 
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership 
  • Knowledge of SQL Queries
