Job Title: Chief Technology Officer - AI Safety

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI safety services and platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

This role is responsible for overseeing the creation of tools for alignment assessment, adversarial testing, drift detection, interpretability analysis, and making strategic build-vs-buy decisions to accelerate customer success.

The successful candidate will be expected to implement and enforce best practices in secure coding, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.

Maintaining high system reliability through SLAs/SLOs, rigorous testing, and operational dashboards is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Languages/Frameworks: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
    • Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
    • Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
    • Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and adversarial testing
  • Leadership Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
