Business Growth Manager

Job Description:

  • As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in helping our organization expand by identifying and capturing new business opportunities across both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture new business, including market analysis, teaming agreements, pricing, and proposal development.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements and ensure seamless execution of capture plans.
  • Review and qualify RFIs and RFPs, and drive the proposal process from start to finish.
  • Develop compelling written proposals by gathering and formatting information through interview techniques, writing drafts, and finalizing proposal submissions.
  • Maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance information to inform future proposal efforts.
  • Develop compliant and persuasive content leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts and document lessons learned to continuously improve capture techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Capture-related experience working with Federal or State procurements.
  • A proven track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with an understanding of cost and financial implications.
  • Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
