Job Description:
- As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in helping our organization expand by identifying and capturing new business opportunities across both public and private sectors.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture new business, including market analysis, teaming agreements, pricing, and proposal development.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements and ensure seamless execution of capture plans.
- Review and qualify RFIs and RFPs, and drive the proposal process from start to finish.
- Develop compelling written proposals by gathering and formatting information through interview techniques, writing drafts, and finalizing proposal submissions.
- Maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance information to inform future proposal efforts.
- Develop compliant and persuasive content leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
- Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts and document lessons learned to continuously improve capture techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
- Capture-related experience working with Federal or State procurements.
- A proven track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with an understanding of cost and financial implications.
- Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
Key Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
