Business Development Strategy Leader

This role focuses on strategic planning, execution, and customer engagement management, ensuring visibility and alignment across sales initiatives.

We are seeking a Business Development Strategy Leader to work closely with senior leadership. This strategic business development position requires someone with B2B Sales experience who can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for senior leadership by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
