Chief Revenue Growth Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales Manager to drive the sales of 3DEXPERIENCE, PDM (Product Data Management), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Sales Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for PLM/PDM/3DEXPERIENCE solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into profitable sales opportunities through consultative approach.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP/RFQ responses and contract negotiation.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT stakeholders, and engineering/business leaders.
    • Understand client needs and industry challenges to position solutions that support digital transformation goals.
    • Act as key point of contact during the sales process and coordinate post-sale onboarding with services teams.
  • Product & Solution Expertise
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, PLM, PDM, and related Dassault Systems or similar solutions.
    • Work closely with technical presales and solution consultants to deliver compelling demos, ROI arguments, and solution proposals.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and digital engineering practices.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Collaborate with internal teams: marketing, customer success, delivery, and partner channels.
    • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting.
    • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and competitive analysis.
