Main Responsibilities:- Perform PCS/BESS product on-site technical support and remote technical work, supporting product debugging, maintenance, and modification.
- Responsible for PCS/BESS product on-site troubleshooting and guiding customers to handle simple faults themselves.
- Manage PCS/BESS on-site spare parts and track inventory to ensure normal operation.
- Maintain customer relationships, communicate with on-site customers, and organize feedback.
- Learn and understand PCS/BESS working principles, power distribution diagrams, and user manuals, providing simple training to customers.
- English as a working language
- A self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations and biased towards action
- Working experience in the energy storage industry, especially with PCS and BESS technology
